This document outlines the Terms of Use for PowerMap from SCH Digital Consulting SRL for the use of our PowerMap or services.

These Terms apply when you download, use and/or purchase our app PowerMap, or any other app of ours that links to these Terms of Use.

General

PowerMap is designed to help users transform text inputs into interactive Knowledge Graphs. The app's performance is dependent on the user's device's hardware and software. SCH Digital Consulting SRL make no guarantees about its functionality.

Intellectual Property

SCH Digital Consulting SRL holds the Intellectual Property and copyright of the software. The copyright of any used or generated data, such as the text inputs and voice to text, belong to its creators. It is prohibited for the user to infringe upon our Intellectual Property rights.

Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the usage of, or inability to use, the software. SCH Digital Consulting SRL does not assume responsibility for the loss of user data.

The use of PowerMap is entirely at the expense and risk of the user.
SCH Digital Consulting SRL does not guarantee that the app will be free of bugs or other errors.
SCH Digital Consulting SRL does not guarantee that the app will be adjusted to correct any errors.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your software in app purchases for any reason, we ask that you contact us at contact@schdigital.co.uk with the reason you want a refund. Regardless of the reason, we'll provide you a refund provided you contact us within 30 days of purchase. Many of our products have fully-functional trial versions so you can try before you buy.

Once you're given a refund, we ask that you remove all copies of our software from your system immediately.

These terms are subject to change by SCH Digital Consulting SRL at any time in its sole discretion.
